BaileyBags offers the following Returns Policy:

I will replace or refund purchase price on any bag you are unhappy with.  Item must be in unused condition with tags still attached.  If item needs repair, please contact me.  I will fix it or replace it for you.  I want you to be happy with your BaileyBag.
